After years of looking for a good plumbing company, we have finally found our plumbers. Don was so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a vanity sink in our basement that had a slow leak that we didn’t notice until way too late. Don provided us good ideas to fix the leak in short term. Then came out a week later to install the brand new vanity and all new fixtures and piping. The result is beautiful and I am confident it was done right. We will definitely use Dalmatian Plumbing in the future.

The installation of the new sink and faucet was flawless – the sink sealant was applied so neatly, which shows real attention to detail. What truly impressed me was how he tidied up the faucet supply lines and even painted both the new drain and my existing garbage disposal drain to perfectly match in color. It's those little touches that make a huge difference!

Jason responded in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional and efficient, but most importantly, very personable (he loved our labs!). He kept in touch to let us know the status of ordering a new, correct pump. Then, unlike most service professionals, managed expectations, showing up not only a day early, but 30 minutes ahead of schedule. He kept us informed every step of the way of the installation. I had an awesome experience with Dalmatian Plumbing. Tim, the plumber who came out, was fantastic from start to finish. He did a thorough assessment, recommended a replacement for the old water heater, and also pointed out a few key things to bring everything up to code. He even checked the water pressure from the county line to the house, which really helped me make a confident decision.
The very next day, Tim showed up exactly when he said he would and installed the brand new water heater with no issues at all. Everything is now up to code, the pressure is right, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.
