Within no time, Jim showed up, quickly assessed the situation, and—before I could retreat to my office in embarrassment—he had already resolved the issue. Not only did he unclog the toilet, but he also cleaned it for us. The level of professionalism, speed, and care was beyond what we expected. Donald came for our service call, was very courteous and nice. He inspected the problem and quoted to replace the kitchen sink drain bowl, but we opted to try repairing what we had.
