Excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the process. I needed to replace an older leaking water heater, and they took the time to evaluate everything on site, explain my options clearly, and answer all of my questions. I was out of town while trying to coordinate the project, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. They worked with my timeline and fit the installation in between two trips, which I really appreciated. The installation, done by Jim, was smooth and very well done. He upgraded me to a 50-gallon Bradford White unit at the same quoted price, installed a new expansion tank, shutoff valve, and pan, and handled the permit process as well. The workmanship was clean and professional, and the final result looks great. I also appreciated how respectful and easy to work with they were throughout the whole job. Jim(Technician) was awesome. Thoroughly explained the diagnosis and steps needed. After completing the repair Jim was able to explain the root cause of the issue. Fadil is an excellent and very skilled plumber. This is the 2nd major pipe replacement job he has worked on at our house.
