He did a thorough assessment, recommended a replacement for the old water heater, and also pointed out a few key things to bring everything up to code. He even checked the water pressure from the county line to the house, which really helped me make a confident decision.
The very next day, Tim showed up exactly when he said he would and installed the brand new water heater with no issues at all. Everything is now up to code, the pressure is right, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.
Tim was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly easy to work with—warm, respectful, and just a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Tim and Dalmatian Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done. Great experience all around!
