They worked with my timeline and fit the installation in between two trips, which I really appreciated. The installation, done by Jim, was smooth and very well done. He upgraded me to a 50-gallon Bradford White unit at the same quoted price, installed a new expansion tank, shutoff valve, and pan, and handled the permit process as well.
